Well done on recreating a thriller film opening. You have demonstrated that you understand some key thriller conventions. Please work on the relationship between the visual aspect and the sound, some key oportiunities missed to really build suspense and create a build at moments for example, where the blood is revealed to the audience, could have had some really impacting sound to go with that. Music choice worked well, could have been layered a bit more. Hearbeat added a nice touch.
I can see the effect you're trying to create with the backouts/ fade to black and quick cuts, perhaps working on this effect and refining it for your next piece of work would make it flow better for the viewer.
